All of the foreskin restorers I know stretched their foreskins 24/7. Apart from medical tape used across the penis to hold the foreskin over the glans, they have used a circle of tape around the foreskin past the end of the penis, the t tape method, and the actual devices have been the tugahoy(for the daytime) and silicone cones at night.
