I must not have explained it well. My son's foreskin was completely retractible by around one, but we didn't do anything to help it along. Sorry if this is unusual, but there it was.

Now, the foreskin is sticking on one side of the glans, most of the way up, with a white spot underneath wear it is sticking. It looks fused to me.

So, he was retractible before, and now he is not, and this doesn't seem normal to me, because it must have fused just recently and only on one side.

From the responses, it doesn't seem like anyone else has heard of this either?
