If he subsequently developed an adhesion, then it is somewhat unfortunate that you did not continue to monitor it until now, albeit given Rood's cautions on not making this anything other than a positive reinforcement.

The "white spot" is a "keratin pearl", and indicates that it is only the edges that are attached, so the term "fused" is inappropriate.
