This would explain his experience. After stretching for four years, using a variety of methods, but never effectively 24 hours a day, he has achieved but half coverage of his glans. He wasn't aware that there are better methods of placing tension with the T-tape other than down the leg, which, when bent during sleep, removes the required tension. I'll suggest that he try around the waist or over the shoulder tension at night. Thanks much!
