I'll let others with more experience explain stetching. I wanted to post to say (1) if somebody is pressuring you to have sex when you are not willing, then dump her/him anyway; (2) unrestractability will not make sex with a woman unmanageable, particularly if you were wearing a condom there would not be a particular problem (you'll have to ask someone else how well it will work if your prospective partner is male); and (3) if you only have seven weeks, then I don't believe surgery is an option anyway, as my impression is that the cuts would not heal that quickly, however it was done.
