First you need to know what exactly the problem is that is causing the problem of the foreskin not retracting. If you haven't done so already then I'd suggest you check out the site that hosts this forum for some objective information.

Assuming you go the surgical route and if you want the problem resolved in 7 weeks then chances are you will have to go to a private surgery as the NHS do not consider it a priority surgery and I have heard that it can take between 6 months and a year. I'm not going to ask why you would consider killing yourself over such a trivial matter. As someone who has been in a similar situation to yourself I can appreciate that it can be very distressing and depressing. However, the problem can easily be solved and it is really not worth killing yourself.

Again, you need to determine the exact nature of the problem and go from there. It's not worth stretching your foreskin if it's the frenulum and vice versa. Also, stretching exercizes do not work in all cases and especially not in the time you have given yourself to get it resolved. The best way is to see your doctor or a specialist and discuss all options impartially.
