When I first read that it sure looked like an unchallengeable statement, BUT-
Having had some foreskin removal as a 42 yr old adult I can say that it is unnecessary to have the full 20,000 nerve endings, most of which are only telling you that that spot is being touched by something- as is commonplace with skin and its nerve endings. With some skin removed the exquisite sensations of all the sensual sexual feeling and orgasm triggering sensors, most of which are not on the surface of skin, the sulcus or glans have an enhanced exposure to the deep friction, kneeding and working of the edge of the ridge of the glans which is a large part of sexual pleasure. There need be no fear of adverse effects to sensitivity from circumcision other than if your eyes take too much anti-circ overstatements to your brain and you start believing them!
