Hurrah! Just a little perspective on the sensitivity. I remember when I first start making a point of retracting (never needed to work at stretching, but I became more careful about peeling back once I learned those bits were good for more than just peeing), the head was agonizingly tender. Cool water or fresh air was about all I could take. Touching was extremely difficult, and soap was agony (don't use soap there, just fresh water - I was told I HAD to soap it carefully). Now water and air are merely refreshing, touching can be done with some care, and soap stings but doesn't burn (this is accidental exposure only, now that I know better). Adjustments to sensitivity will come quickly enough through natural exposure. No need to artificially desensitize - you sure wouldn't want to overdo it. Let me assure you that there are guys reading that I still have to use care touching my glans in my mid-40s who are wicked jealous over the thought of keeping that much sensitivity. You were given tens of thousands of nerve receptors in your glans and foreskin - make the most of them as long as you can.
