14 years old, do i have phimosis? HELP!!

Hey, im 14 years old, I am uncircumcised and i can only retract the foreskin fully when it isnt hard. when i am erect i can only get about 1/2 retracted, and im afraid if i try and go any further it will rip the skin or it will get stuck behind the head. are there any home remedys or things i can buy over the counter to be able to allow me to retract it or do i have to see a doctor.?? please help me
