still not sho' man about phimosis

hi dere! Right on!
i'm 19 year boy. Slap mah fro! recently ah' wuz eyeballin' an article on phimosis and discovered dat ah' wuz also showin' de same syptoms. but still i'm not sho' man.
1. wheneva' i dig an erecshun mah' fo'eskin stays on de glans and ah' can see only some little bit da damn very front part uh de glans.
2. sometimes ah' tried t'pull it back but but afta' goin' half way on de glans it digs 'estremely painful.
3.i managed t'pull it back(even in de pain) but afta' dat it digs stuck dere and ah' have t'pull it back t'o'iginal shape coz its real painful if ah' allow it stay at da damn back uh glans.

dese r all de doodads happenin'......it be sho' man dat i'm sufferin' fum phimosis. if yeah man den be de treatment costly and complicated and kin ah' treat it at crib wid some medicine. plz reply
