Tightness...

Glad it was of help. There was no tightness around the foreskin like there was before surgery. There was tightness though with the stitches. Where the cut was there was a whole bunch of swelling which went down over the next few weeks. I've uploaded two diagrams to here to better show you. The dotted line in the first diagram indicates where the swelling of the wound was at the first week when the dressing came off. In the second diagram the dotted line represents the final product. Note: These diagrams are not shown to scale!
