I'm 17 and...

Well I can't retract my foreskin, it is connected to the glans by a little piece of skin on the glans, that is very thin. I find it to be really embarassing and such in sexual situations, and I was wondering if there was anything I could do myself instead of seeking medical help? Thanks for any help.
