Well, personally, I wouldn't be recommending it for that particular use, because 1} you would be using it on a much larger area and 2} you'd be using it for a much longer time.

The potential for facilitating "thrush" is one main contra-indication, and the tendency to thin out the skin and possibly increase the susceptibility to other skin disorders (lichen simplex chronicus), would be another. If you must use it for simple phimosis, and certainly for true LSA, in either case carefully limited to the area affected, then these are minor concerns, but it's a balance of risks that you have to consider.
