Nevertheless, it is in that position, thus it is the fraenulum and normal, isn't it?

If it's thicker and wider, than it's just grown more, and you need to stretch it out which will take a while. So that's your project.

As for sex, well that is always a matter of using what you have to do whatever you can. It can be analysed into three situations, or activities. Masturbation, or the same performed by a partner - a "hand job" = works just fine with your foreskin forward anyway, so you are well off for that.

Oral sex - a "head job" - is often presumed to require the skin pulled back. Well again, it ain't necessarily so - one of the worst complaints guys have about it, is feeling the girl's teeth, so if you have your foreskin over the glans, you are much more insulated form her teeth - in fact, you might even like the foreskin end nibbled deliberately - obviously she must be sensible and gentle. You will also enjoy her working her tongue through the opening, as you will be more sensitive since your glans is covered almost all of the time. And most people find oral sex requires stroking with the skin behind the head as well as licking/ sucking of the head.

And intercourse: Intercourse just works either way - because it even works for circumcised men whose glans is de-sensitised by continual exposure. The only thing which may be uncomfortable if your partner is so "tight" that the foreskin is forcibly pulled back to the extent of hurting. What this really means however, is that she is too dry - not excited enough to be properly wet, so that the vagina "grips" like your dry hand. This is easily dealt with by making sure she is wet enough - wet all over the outside - before you start, or maybe you "cheat" and use a lubricant.
