Hello,

Please help me understand something about this type of phimosis. I had the usual child's phimosis but it dissapeared early, when I was 10-12 yo I guess. Now I'm 23. 3 months ago, I have discovered that "dry" skin - like a white ring. I can still retract my foreskin 100% but I get some pain if I do it when erect. I started to use some antifungus and Betamethasone 2 times a day. 2 weeks have passed but the ring is still there... when I put the Betamethasone, the skin becomes very relaxed but still got the pain when erect and retract 100% and the ring is still there. Is it too early or I can say that the Betamethasone doesn't work?

I read about the dorsal slit... well, if I do that, does it help? Ok, it helps with some more space but the fungus that produced the ring is still there, right? It still has to be removed. But how? And if it can be removed, why should I go for a dorsal slit anyway?

Please help me with some advices.
