i'm 16, and uncircumsised and when i try and pull my foreskin back while i'm soft it only goes back about halfway past the head and anymore and it starts to feel like i'm stretching it. and when i'm hard and i try and pull it back it hardly goes past quarter of the way. even when soft and pulling it back it doesn't do it really easily and swiftly i really have to pull it back. is this normal for some people? or do i have a problem? i have no problem with masterbation or when going to the toilet at all.

i'm really worried that i might have to get circumsied (ouch)or show it to a doctor (uh oh)
