Jake Booth managed a good retractability in a couple of months from uh... non-retractable? read the archives, sorry ^_^; hopefully he'll poke his nose in here soon.

anyway, each body has a different reaction time and reactions. so you'll have to do this for a couple of weeks and see if anything happens. if it's slow or nothing at all, come back and we'll try to correct your methods --- not to mention, learn from what doesn't work properly. a good description is worth a lot!

on the underside? look at the second image... let me fetch the bigger version of it. see that string of skin in the centre of the picture, running on the foreskin, into the head? is that what you are asking about?
that's the 'frenulum'. all normal.
