How does this follow from Jim's post. I don't see where he is demanding agreement. He just sees that the fellow says his father is a doctor and treats him for things like what he has described, so it is curious that he would feel the need to come to a site like this for information. Perhaps it is that his father has little time for any of his patients, even his son. But it's a fair question and not self-serving, as you accuse.
