What is considered Normal for Erect Uncircumcised Penis

I'm 25 years old and never had problem retracting foreskin when flacid.

But when erect my forskin is strected over the head and I can't retract it. There is no pain, but should it be retracted when erect ?

When I retract when flacid and masterbate the head of my penis becomes 2x as large as usual and penis feels 2x rigid and it's very painfull.
