People losing lots of weight don't always have their skin revert to the tightness of that of a slim person. Usually there are folds of bagginess. I have seen the results of one particular young man whose body is now grotesquely baggy after having lost what I would estimate to be about 100 pounds.

The important thing for stretchers to do is to maintain the stretch for a period of at least one additional month beyond the point that retraction is comfortable. I read last week that skin cells replace themselves on a 28 day cycle. That time frame seems about the same length of time that successful strethcers have used to maintain their stretches.

Yes, the daily use is important for maintenance, and it will also help with preventing reversion in the event the individual failed to go on for the additional month.
