Not really. It depends on a lot of factors, but generally the coverage with erection can vary from total to none, depending on how much you grow and how much foreskin you have. It is generally preferable to have some looseness even when you are erect so there will be enough to move when you are doing stuff, whatever stuff that might be.

Yeah, keep at it, you are growing additional skin, it takes more than 3 days. You'll probably see improve after about two weeks, but you may still need to work at it a couple of months (it would be more if you did not already have substantial retractability or if you were restoring).
