You might have phimosis. There is an operation called preputioplasty to
correct this problem without resorting to circumcission.
You won't be able to find a doctor in the U.S. who can do it because
there are to few foreskins to go around to begin with.
I had it done 2 weeks ago in London. It is a very routine procedure
