It's not a domain, it's a sub-site. Search engines don't give a damn about such sites. If you want something to be found, you should have your own domain, such as www.stretchingphimosis.com, and the search engines will automatically find everything on that site, but not something that's well hidden, such as
www.stretchingphimosis.com/discussion/forums/forum10102/stretching

If Jim wants to help kids with phimosis, this is the only way to help a lot of people. A domain name will by far take precedence over ARC2 forum, so Jim wouldn't have to spin his web here. The kids would find him directly. However, he's too dumb to start his own site.
