Betnovate

I tried to get some betnovate from two doctors and they have both refused.
I gave reason as stretching foreskin - one doctor was circed so I guess he
wasn't into conservative treatments. He seemed angry about conservative treatments and has recommended a good general surgeon to look at the idea of a dorsal slit. Somehow I think not....don't trust that doctor anymore.
How essential is betnovate to stretching and can I get it from elsewhere? The reason they both gave was that is would thin the skin and cause splitting.
There seems to be a term bandied on this newsgroup about "sensitive" glans. In my case, just stick with "incredibly painful". It hurts like fuck when any contact is made with anything. Somebody mentioned lubrication and it helps a bit
but not that much. Please don't apply "sensitive" glans all the
time - its the sort of pain that will stop you having the glans
come into contact with anything. The glans can only be exposed by 1/3rd
when erect.
This leads onto another point - some contributors question why would you
want to touch your glans? I wouldn't, particularly. It's just that with
the pain, finger contact may cause the pain to ease over time (?).
Finally, why so dead against dorsal slit if it is quick and a minor
job, doesn't lose any tissue and is done by a surgeon you can trust
(OK, I nearly burst out laughing at the last five words, but there are
one or two of them about).
