1) devices are most often used by circumcised men who are restoring --- have you got any idea how much it won't differ from rubbing your glans to your clothes?
2) a film canister does not work with an opening phimosed enough that the head couldn't be exposed. By the time you'd come to use this your glans would have had enough exposure to reach the severe discomfort level, and no-one is idiotic enough to try and pull this film canister over his penis head without any lubrication (not to mention, for you to be able to push your glans inside, you'll also have to make a hole on the other side, in order to let the air out there).As a sidenote, not quite answering the rævhøl here. If you have an intact, thick fraenum, it will not be comfortable to pull your foreskin over the canister.
