And I understand fully what you have said. I just don't agree with you. A glans is a glans on anyone, whether or not there is a foreskin. Skin is skin regardless of where it happens to be on the body. Oh, to be sure, there are different textures, but the basics of skin expansion work. Take as an example the formation of skin cysts. When they start growing, regardless of where they are on the body, they will cause the skin to expand. The skin on the foreskin is no exception. It will expand through the use of any device used to create tension.

Hard? Of course it is hard. How else would you get some tension to create the necessary stretch? Lots of things that people insert into body crevices are quite hard. As an example, consider the appliances used by orthodontist to move teeth around. Space maintainers are made of hard plastic, and they are inserted into the mouth which is comprised of tissue quite similar to the inside of the preputial cavity, namely mucosa. If the orthodontist thought it would be a problem, he would insert it, would he?

Even sexual toy users insert hard plastice devices into any cavity available below the waist, some into another cavity which is also quite delicate and sensitive. They seem to like it for whatever reason, and many continue with the practice without serious damage.

Have you actually tried inserting anything into you prepuce? If so, what was it, and what happened? If indeed you did so and there were problems, why on earth didn't you seek help to overcome the problem?

Chimp, I don't have every answer, but I am certainly not totally out in the cold about this subject. What exactly is your gripe with what I have advised?
