see underlined. Which is why parts of Jim's and others' advice helped Jake, exactly. On the other hand, we also /have/ specifically noted the manual exercises here, and that Jim and others have mentioned devices and creams, is irrelevant. What is factual, is that we laid an amount of solutions on the metaphorical table, and Jake chose one from them. And had success.
