I'm inclined to say JB, while I can't stop emphasising that stretching phimosis and stretching a foreskin remnant isn't much different, in the basics anyway. It's stretching skin, in the first place. The former is a more sensitive situation, and just the opposite direction of where you pull the skin to, but the latter lasts longer and the "user" develops much more swiftness and gets more experience during it.

That's the silliest question ever. I'm not someone to judge /that/. Go to a psychologist.
