I'd give it a try and ask your ob/gyn if he'd want to examine your brother too.
Wonder what your ob/gyn suggests for him and for you or what another LJ specialist suggests for him and your ob/gyn suggests for you. Compare the two things and note differences in suggested treatments. I'd also start to wonder if the two suggested treatments differed severely.
