Some developments....(ex) - phimotics feedback most welcome

1) Have been stretching for 1 wk or so - could not get betnovate - and am using erect penis as dilator. Having some trouble inserting fingers and pulling outwards, seems impossible when erect and very fiddly when flaccid - is there a technique?
2) Saw GP & then consultant (pre-arranged by 1 month and 3 months respectively) re: phimosis. GP (circumcised) wasn't happy when I told him I didn't like circs.
Mr Objective/Professional (my arse). Saw consultant today - guess what - circed and doddery. Wanted to circ. Reason I'm mentioning this: he seemed to think the frenulum is too short and he might be right! Presumably this would set the limits on stretching the foreskin back? How do you resolve the short frenulum problem or identify it independently?
3) Any and all efforts that are put into discussion are most welcome. However,
it would seem logical to hear from men who are (or were) phimotic. Stretching
downwards is different because of the suitability of attaching weights for
example. I'd like to particularly hear from men who have themselves relieved a phimosis or short frenulum.
4) Some comments have been made on dorsal relieving incision (ugly and unnecessary). Presumably 'ugly' depends on the length and the ability to not scar, and 'unnecessary' depends on success rate of stretching. Any comments on the latter?
