Yeah, I did. I used vaseline to make it slippery and easy to put in then put on a bandaid to hold it in. The whole thing took only maybe three weeks to get the hole bigger so I could get my fingers to get hold of the skin. You can get the right kind of pen at Office Depot. Paper Mate with the black caps. They have a point on the end of the cap and it works good.
