With time, your glans will become less sensitive, don't worry about that.
And no, it's not normal to rub the glans with your hand, with or without lube.>2) The frenulum's tight. Has anyone stretched theirs with success?
The stretching exercises (especially the method depicted on this image) put tension on the whole circumference of the foreskin, therefore the fraenulum as well --- it will follow, albeit slower, and it's more tender in the first place.
