I'm glad I could help. Dude, you don't NEED vertical stretching. Phimosis guys already have (by definition) longer foreskins than normal people.

This is the norm for phimosis people. The pain sensitivity will adjust. Btw, I hope that sponge was not the one you use for washing yourself. One thing you have to make sure is that the glans never gets in contact with soap. It's not that dangerous, but we had numerous guys coming here with soap-related problems.

It's gonna be quite a long time before you can have anything "comfortable". For instance, I have an unusual masturbation method (lying down whilst gently rubbing the penis with a thin piece of clothing) and for a period, I couldn't use this method, because the glans got exposed and it hurt (so be prepared for a bit of sexual frustration at some point in the future!). Now it's OK. It adjusts itself.

Jake Booth has. I'm not sure whether mine is TOO TIGHT or not. I haven't had sex yet, so I simply don't know.
