Well, personal qualities are often DETERMINED by the political/financial assets. For instance, jews often complain about stuff, because 1) they are in power and 2) they have brainwashed the entire Western World with the Holocaust propaganda so that picking on Jews is almost blasphemy.

I'm refering to personal qualities and just saying that no matter how you try and pigeon hole a group of people and attiribute to them certain stereotypical behaviours, wants, needs, tastes etc. - as individuals, they are bound to break the mould of those stereotypes.
