Some might tell you that surgery is your only option, but the facts tell otherwise. Take two examples right here in this forum. One guy named Jake took stretcing advice and, even with very moderate attempts, found success just using his fingers. The other named Chimp, evidently did the same thing but also employed the use of devices in starting his process.

I don't believe there is ever a need to resort to surgery for someone in the condition you have described. You just need to persist in your efforts until success arrives. You see, you already know that stretching works, and it worked you through the stages in which most guys seem to express having the most trouble.

Your biggest obstacle right now is simply persistance. Set yourself a goal and work out a schedule to provide time to do your exercises. I'd suggest writing it down and reading your writtnen goal and plan at least twice daily in order to get it into your mind strongly enough that you won't accept defeat. Then you work your plan as it is written. There is plenty of evidence that written goals reviewed frequently and regularly are achieved dramtically more often than nebulous thoughts. That said, however, you must be able to adjust your goals occasionally also.

Healthy skin always responds to resistance, and given persitant resitance, over time, it will expand permanently to accommodate whatever the restistance is. If it's your fingers or a device as Chimp found useful, the important thing is that you do it.

If you'd like personal instructions, follow the link below. The doctor there will oversee your efforts (free of charge and without embarassment too).
