Spot like thing below head of penis

i've found this spot like thing below the head of my penis and has been there for about 2 weeks, at first i ignored it then noticed it was white in the middle, so i squeezed it to see if anythign came out and this yellow type substance came out like a normal spot but i'm cofnused to why this is on my penis...what do you think it is? its been worrying me for ages. i'm 16 and i haven't slept with anyone so i couldn't of contacted it from someone.
