Sounds like a pimple. If you are talking about the outside skin, it can happen there. Could be a hair follicle or common pore plugged up. As long as it doesn't get inflamed or red and if it goes away, don't be overly concerned. Keep the area clean and watch it for a few days, and try not to irritate it.
