Spot thing on skin of penis

i was reading a post made below by christian, and i have the exact same thing as him, except this spot thing i have on the outside of my penis has been there about a month and a bit and it will not go away. it was there for 3 weeks once, then it got smaller and smaller until i could hardly see it, and lately it has come back and when i squeeze it a yellow substance has come out. do you think i need to make sure i clean this area properly? its just like a spot that would appear on a face. it is near a lot of hair so maybe it could be a blocked hair follicle or something.
