No. The "spot" is under the skin, how you clean the skin surface is not going to make a whit of difference.

Quite likely.

If it has something in it, just squeeze it out. If you do this each time something collects, it will eventually empty out and shrink away. There really are no other ways to deal with it, short of surgical removal which seems "over-kill" for just one zit unless it is really upsetting you, and gets more difficult anyway once it has been infected.
