Only someone who was already pathologically depressed, or mentally feeble and in bad company, would be showing any great interest in this matter (particularly if they were demonstrably normal). If therefore, you truly are depressed and not just using this as an offhand figure of speech, then it is time to take yourself - or be taken - to see a doctor with a concern for such problems, which may be a General Practitioner or on referral, a psychiatrist. And note in that regard, depression is by no means uncommon at the age of 16. If we can direct you toward effective therapy, then we have done you a far greater service, than setting you straight on the real size range of the erect penis!
