It depends on how horny you are and the length of time you've been horny for. For example, if you've been nursing a hard on for a half hour while servicing your hoe, and you're all aroused etc, then chances are your man juice has been stirring up and is all geared up and ready to shoot - orbit style. However, if you were to do a suprise, run-of-the-mill, do it yourself job on your member, then you probably won't have as much of an eruption because there is not so much of the anticipation/build-up factor - hence the coconut water will be more likely to trickle jump rather than burst out.
Another variable could be the amount of time between ejaculations. If you've not given Flipper a back rub in a while, then your moisture missle is going to be primed and loaded. Dig?
