...there are only two options when it comes to treatment - surgery or you could try stretching the foreskin, however, this only works for some and not for others. In regards to surgery there are several options such as circumcsion, partial-circumcision, dorsal slit all of which are detailed on this site. When in comes to the elongation techniques I would suggest you speak to your doctor to discuss the pros and cons and what you can realistically expect to achieve.
