It's not digging. I stop by there from time to time and just saw it. The part that I thought might be of interest to you was not the Ralesk and Jim interaction, but rather the way Jim deals with his peers when they do not see eye-to-eye on a subject and how he then goes on to draw speculative conclusions with no evidence whatsoever and tells the individual how they are feeling and what they believe - which re-enforces what you said about his patronising and poor way of speaking to people. It also shows what a screwed up pup he is.
