They don't (especially the one on the glans should be logical not to stop right away from the loss fo the foreskin, ne?). We've heard of several people who had chosen (gave in to their doctor's suggestion) and got a circumcision as a "solution" to bxo/lsa. Circ doesn't directly affect this disease.

>my problem is that i have neurodermitis, too. and i ask myself, wheter circumcision is - in *this special case* more than a dangerous placebo.

Sounds as if that could even give some troubles to skin healing on affected areas, but I'm not quite familiar with it --- let's hear Paul B. on this, he's quite up-to-date on medicine and skin conditions/infections.

>my skin on other parts of my body is hyper-sensitive: so what happens,
>if my glans is rubbing day by day at my undertrousers. can't this cause
>allergic reactions?

Not allergic, not necessary allergic, although it can happen if you are already allergic to one or more of the washing products you use. If that's not the case, it can still happen that the exposed glans -- not being accustomed to exposure and rubbing to dry material -- gets sore on places, even inflamed as a result of raw surface plus whatever bacteria that are around.

>so: do you know anyone who got more problems after the circumcision than before?

Hard to say, as comparison is usually very subjective. And since there hasn't anyone been here with all these conditions, it's even harder to say. I personally would vote for trying whatever non-invasive (non-surgical) treatments there are for the lsa/bxo "wonder", and then think about everything again. I vaguely recall someone a couple of months ago saying things about Thuya Oil being helpful with his bxo, but I don't recall him being more precise on the matter. One is sure, circumcision is not a solution for bxo. At least, there don't seem to be any connections.
