Hello!

I can't really diagnose myself correctly.I'm 18.. I have phimosis since i'm born i guess.. The case is that in a certain phase of masturbation, the skin softens, and if i pull hard enough i can stretch it all just behind the head of my penis... the problem is that it won't go lower... it hurts much if i try to push more... it's just like too tight to go downwards more that just below the head..

Can you please help me and suggest me something to treat this :( ?
i certainly am afraid of going to surgeon and etc..
if there is any easy method i'll be very greatful if you can help me!
