I'm sorry but i must admit i didn't understand anything about the frenulum.. ;(what is that anyway?! i can't find the word it's some kind of specialized word i guess..therefore i can;t imagine to "pull out at the bottom of the foreskin and stretch the frenulum." .. :))

BTW, the frenulum (web underneath) will also stretch, so if you find it is binding, pull out at the bottom of the foreskin and stretch the frenulum. Normally, this takes only about two months also.
