Okey then i'm getting at it ;)
I tried the stretching exercise yesterday but found it quite difficult to hold the skin in this stretched position as it slips away (Although not wet)..
erm.. i really want to do this righ so i must ask - i stretch forward, holding the skin on the two sides right?4-5 times a day holding it for 4-5 minutes?
it's great to know that you are not the only one with this .. well problem i may say :) and certainly surgery is not what i want, no way...
two countries away? in which direction ;)) ?
this makes Poland or Hungary or ? ;))thanks again guys
>The fraenulum (frenulum in the American spelling) is the string of skin below the head you can see it on this image I think (not quite a good foto, regarding lights!). As for what Jim suggested, is shown on the fourth image so if you feel the lower side of your skin is constricting, this could be a good exercise.
