Infections are always a possibility after any surgery. Were you given any instructions about dressings and keeping the area clean? I would be inclined to check with your doctor if you have concerns about it.

Also, you might find my Circumcision FAQ useful in answering some questions you may have. I had a partial circumcision and frenulum removed a couple of years back and put together the faq since there is a lack of objective information on the Internet about post-surgery etc.
