John...You were advised by several people that stretching would solve your very minor problem, and now you have had a circumcision with all the consequences that that very radical step entails. What do you want us to tell you, that a little kiss will make all the pain and discomfort go away, and that you'll be just as good as new? My God, man, your troubles have just begun.First of all stop attempting retraction. As you have had a circumcision, you can expect weeks and even months to pass before you are anywhere near "healed", which term is in itself a misnomer. Face it. You have mutilated your penis, permanently. The only advice I have is to begin restoration as soon as possible. The process usually goes quicker when not all of the foreskin has been removed, but don't kid yourself. You have had a complete circumcision.
Don't think I enjoy writing these words. I made the same mistake myself.
>>>hi again,
>>>I had it done last Thursday, just to remind you. It certainly looks better day by day. There's no pain at all, apart from morning erections. What worries me is that it doesn't let me retract comfortably yet, because the wound smarts a bit. The stiches haven't drop off yet. Is it too early to retract (almost one week)? Do you think it's normal?
>>I can't really say I had such an experience, but I think you should try to retract tomorrow, then the day after it, then etc. I think a normal retraction (just right behind the head) should be fine in another week.
>I'm afraid I can't retract today either. What causes the pain is not the frenulum wound itself but mainy the foreskin on the other side. It wasn't only a frenuloplasty - the doctor cut some of the foreskin too (partial circ) to prevent paraphimosis problems. Is it possible to have an infection? How do you know when you get one?
>I think I will go and have it checked again tommorow by my doctor.
