AJ, if someone cuts your right arm off, and Rood says that you have been mutilated, can a third person say "No, Rood, YOU may feel that way, but others will say he just had his right arm cut off" ? Mutilation is defined as "deprivation of a limb or of an essential part", as simple as that. Most people with foreskins - I'm quite sure - think of it as an "essential part". After all, whenever an adult gets circumcised by a mistake during an operation (mind you, this happens), that person SUES.
